What is virtual web hosting?

What is difference between managed vps hosting and unmanaged vps hosting?
With Lelino Managed VPS Hosting package, you get support for every problem or task, emergency or routine. There’s a limit, obviously, in that you may not get support for a coding problem on your blog. But the operating system, control panel, server setup and any pre-installed applications are all managed – supported, in other words. Often, managed hosting comes with automated backup and monitoring.
Whereas Unmanaged VPS Hosting is cheaper because there’s no management (no routine support). Here, servers reboot, failed components replacement, network maintenanceetc. type of problems are handled but there is no support for any software or installation issues. You need to install security patches, you fix weird error messages and you’re responsible for installing everything but the OS.

Do you offer a Money Back guarantee?
We offer a 45 days money back guarantee on Business Class plans. If you are not satisfied with our service in any way, we will refund all hosting charges, no questions asked. There is no refund for domain names, as you are given full ownership of the domain name for the year. You may transfer your domain name away at that time. There are no refunds upon completion of the 45th day of hosting with Lelino. *Monthly contracts have a one month money back guarantee.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. We will not charge you for anything without your prior consent.
How long will it take to set up my account?
Your account will be activated the very same business day (within 24 hours).Once an account is set up an activation notice will be sent to you via e-mail including your account information. You can begin uploading files to your new website immediately. You will be given a temporary web address to access the site prior to the completion of either domain registration or domain transfer so you can start working with your account right away.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal with credit cards. We do not accept cash/checks.
Can I use my account for commercial purposes?
Yes, you can use your account to build and run your business, including e-commerce. Can I upgrade my hosting plan at a later stage?

How will you invoice me?
All accounts renew automatically. For customers who request notice before billing, invoices are sent via email.

Do you have an online control panel?
Yes, we provide 2 control panel named as cPanel and Plesk.
What kind of servers do you use?
All of our servers are Intel Xeon servers with pure 100% SSD. Depending on the primary function, the machines will have between 12-50GB RAM, 4 to 10 CPU cores, and 6-35 hard drives.
Do you monitor your servers?
Yes. Administrators monitor our servers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
Do you backup my website?
We perform backups of all websites with some minimal backup charges.
Can I monitor my disk space and bandwidth usage?
Yes. You may monitor disk space and bandwidth usage from within your cPanel/ Plesk control panel.
How much does additional bandwidth cost?
If you need additional bandwidth for your account you will need to upgrade to a larger plan. You can upgrade to a larger plan through your control panel. The cost will depend upon the plan you select. You can also log into your control panel at any time to view your current bandwidth usage statistics.
How do I transfer files to my website?
Files can be transferred to the Web server via File Transport Protocol (FTP) or your account's Web-based File Manager via your control panels i.e. cPanel/ Plesk.
Will I have unlimited access to update and make changes to my pages?
You have unlimited access via FTP and the Web-based File Manager 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. As such, you can create and maintain your Web pages on your own computer and upload files to your website at your leisure.
Do you allow telnet / SSH access?
Yes. Telnet/ SSH access is available on all managed VPS packages.
What kind of database access do you provide?
Our VPS packages includes Databases for both windows and Linux based platform including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MsSQL and Microsoft Access Database access.
What Operating System do you use on the servers?
Our servers currently run CentOS, Ubuntu, Fedora, Debian, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012 R2.
Can I purchase a domain name with Lelino Hosting?
Yes. Lelino can host any domain name at the time of signup. You get full ownership of the domain name for 1 year minimum and can stretch it like for 2, 3, 5, 10 years. For a list of these domains, please visit our domain page.
Can I purchase a domain name without purchasing a hosting account from Lelino?
Yes, you can. We do not bound for VPS hosting packages.
I already have a domain name. How do I point it to my new account?
In order to point your domain at our servers, you should contact (via phone or their website) the company from where you have purchased the domain and ask them to modify the name-servers as per given server info by us.
I've changed my domain name-servers over, and my site is not coming live. What is to done next?
Once you have changed the name servers for your domain name, it takes anywhere from 24-72 hours for your domain name to fully propagate over to our servers. However, in the meantime, you can access your website via a temporary URL (IP address). If you experience any other problems with your domain, please contact our support.
Can I have additional domain names point to my hosting account?
You will have the option to point multiple domains at the same directory (e.g. domain.com and domain.net point to the same place), or to separate directories (e.g. domain1.com to /domain1directory/, domain2.com to /domain2directory/).
